When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped within 4 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday from Kansas City.  The delivery time varies with destination.  Within the continental US, deliveries typically take 5-7 business days using our standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping (via USPS Express Mail). However, during periods of high mail volume, shipments can be delayed. *The US Postal Service doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and therefore, neither can we.

Note: Ceramic photo orders take 3-4 weeks for processing.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping to the continental US.  Orders under $100 a low flat-fee rate of $11.99. Express shipments (via USPS Express Mail®) cost $55.  Packages sent to customers located outside the continental US, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, will be charged additional rates based upon destination. These shipping rates will be disclosed during the checkout process, but before you pay.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes.  When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email that includes a USPS tracking number.  If you enter your tracking number here, the USPS website will give you an estimated day of delivery.  Keep in mind, this is only an estimate.

Can I ship the flowers to an address that's different from by billing address?

Yes, you can ship flowers to the location of your choice, just use the shipping address as the first one asked for at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.

How are the flower arrangements packaged?

All of our products are shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes with light packing (i.e. paper) and other filler material as appropriate.  While we take every precaution to maintain the full shape and quality of your floral arrangement, flowers can become compressed during shipping. The vast majority of the time, a quick "fluffing" of the arrangement will have it looking perfect.  On the rare occasion that an arrangement is damaged to a point of not being usable, we will replace it or refund your order.  *Please include a photo of the damaged product when making your request.

Can you deliver flowers directly to cemeteries?

If the cemetery accepts deliveries from the Post office, then we will ship to the address given.  However, if you want flowers placed on a specific grave site, you will need to make arrangements with the cemetery.

Does the free shipping policy apply to wholesale orders?

No, it doesn't. Due to the discounted prices for wholesale orders, the recipient must pay actual shipping charges, which will be quoted before placing the order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, AMEX, and PayPal.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

For some of our products, we do offer wholesale/bulk discount pricing, but not all. Bulk orders do require certain minimum levels and may require purchase in certain quantity increments.

Wholesale orders do not receive our retail/standard shipping policy. The customer pays actual shipping charges, which will be quoted when ordering.

Payment is due at time of order. We do not extend credit terms.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers must contact GravesideFlowers.com within 10 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.  You must request and be issued a return authorization (RMA) number to qualify for a refund, and the RMA number must be referenced on the return shipment.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

**Note:  We do NOT accept returns for personalized products, such as our Ceramic Headstone Photos, custom orders, or clearance items**

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for items that are in otherwise good condition.  

Original and Return Shipping Charges

Because GravesideFlowers.com already incurred costs in shipping the product to the customer, the shipping charges associated with the original order are non-refundable.  If the order was originally shipped as part of a free shipping promotion, a fee of $11.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping charges.  Customers are responsible for their own return shipping.

Damaged Items

Damage during shipment is rare due to the high quality of the manufacturing process and materials that can withstand significant motion and impact.  Nevertheless, if you believe that the product has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, and follow the procedures for Returns below.  Damaged shipments will be replaced at no charge upon receipt and inspection of the original/damaged product.

Returns Procedure

    Please inform us within 10 days of the date of purchase if you intend on returning a product.    State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.    Obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.    The return item must be in its original/new/unused condition and packaging.  Damaged or used goods will be discarded and rejected.

    The RMA number must be clearly marked on your return shipping box.

Refunds will be applied to the same credit card used to make the original purchase; or, in case of payment by money order, a company check will be mailed to the customer’s original shipping address.  All refunds are contingent upon the product and packaging being returned in new condition. 

**Note:  Refunds will NOT be issued for Ceramic Photos or other personalized items after customer has given approval on the product mock up.**

Do you provide any live flower arrangements?

No.  GravesideFlowers.com specializes exclusively in silk flowers.

How long will the flowers last?

The lifetime of the silk flowers depends upon many factors such as colors, weather conditions, and how much sun they get.  Typically, you can expect to have the flowers last for several months.  However, heavy storms or high winds can destroy them in a short period of time.
