Gravesideflowers.com is committed to providing high quality silk flowers for cemeteries and grave sites. To ensure our customers understand what they are receiving ahead of time, our website includes full color photographs of all our products, along with detailed descriptions of styles and color choices. Even so, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, notify us within 10 days and you may return your product for a refund (100% of the purchase price, less a restocking fee) in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy discussed below. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm with the exception of ceramic photo orders.
The ceramic photos are individually hand made and require a 3-4 week processing time.
Destinations and Carriers
Gravesideflowers.com ships to destinations within the United States and certain US Territories only. We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® and Express Mail® to deliver our products to customers in the US. Post office boxes are acceptable.
FREE SHIPPING Policy and Rates
Because our products ship in relatively large packages (to preserve product quality and integrity), we routinely incur USPS’ higher rates for larger box sizes. We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under that amount pay a low flat-fee shipping rate of only $11.99. We also offer a USPS Express Mail option for a $55 flat fee, regardless of order size. At this point in time, we only ship to the United States and US Territories.
All orders shipped outside the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be charged additional shipping fees per the USPS.
The delivery time varies with destination. Packages are shipped from Kansas City, Kansas; and the delivery time is typically about 5-7 business days for standard shipping, and 1-2 business days for Express Mail within the continental US, however, the USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and occasionally deliveries can be delayed...especially during times of high mail volume, such as Christmas time. Both shipping methods come with basic tracking information, which is emailed to you when your order is shipped.
** NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee specific delivery times, even when using the Express Mail option.** (Because the Post Office doesn't guarantee specific delivery times.)
Returns and Refunds and Policy
**Note: We do NOT accept returns for personalized products, such as our Ceramic Headstone Photos.**
Customers must contact GravesideFlowers.com within 10 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. You must request and be issued a return authorization (RMA) number to qualify for a refund, and the RMA number must be referenced on the return shipment. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for items that are in otherwise good condition.
Original and Return Shipping Charges
Because GravesideFlowers.com already incurred costs in shipping the product to the customer, the shipping charges associated with the original order are non-refundable. If the order was originally shipped as part of a free shipping promotion, a fee of $11.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping charges. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
Damage during shipment is rare due to the high quality of the manufacturing process and materials that can withstand significant motion and impact. Nevertheless, if you believe that the product has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, and follow the procedures for Returns below. Damaged shipments will be replaced at no charge upon receipt and inspection of the original/damaged product.
- Please inform us within 10 days of the date of purchase if you intend on returning a product.
- State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
- The return item must be in its original/new/unused condition and packaging. Damaged or used goods will be discarded and rejected.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on your return shipping box.

**Note: Refunds will NOT be issued for Ceramic Photos or other personalized items after customer has approved the product mock up.**
Refunds will be applied to the same credit card used to make the original purchase; or, in case of payment by money order, a company check will be mailed to the customer’s original shipping address. All refunds are contingent upon the product and packaging being returned in new condition.
