Customers must contact GravesideFlowers.com within 10 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. You must request and be issued a return authorization (RMA) number to qualify for a refund, and the RMA number must be referenced on the return shipment. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
**Note: We do NOT accept returns for personalized products, such as our Ceramic Headstone Photos, custom orders, or clearance items**
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for items that are in otherwise good condition.
Original and Return Shipping Charges
Because GravesideFlowers.com already incurred costs in shipping the product to the customer, the shipping charges associated with the original order are non-refundable. If the order was originally shipped as part of a free shipping promotion, a fee of $11.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping charges. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
Damaged Items
Damage during shipment is rare due to the high quality of the manufacturing process and materials that can withstand significant motion and impact. Nevertheless, if you believe that the product has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, and follow the procedures for Returns below. Damaged shipments will be replaced at no charge upon receipt and inspection of the original/damaged product.
Returns Procedure
- Please inform us within 10 days of the date of purchase if you intend on returning a product.
- State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
- The return item must be in its original/new/unused condition and packaging. Damaged or used goods will be discarded and rejected.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on your return shipping box.

Refunds
Refunds will be applied to the same credit card used to make the original purchase; or, in case of payment by money order, a company check will be mailed to the customer’s original shipping address. All refunds are contingent upon the product and packaging being returned in new condition.
**Note: Refunds will NOT be issued for Ceramic Photos or other personalized items after customer has given approval on the product mock up.**
